COVID-19

Metro Basketball Association COVID-19 Information Page

The Metro Basketball Association wishes to thank all of its participating clubs for their ongoing due diligence as they have been preparing the the 2021 basketball season. This season is one step closer to being "back to normal," and we know all teams are excited about that. Please find below the full document on COVID-19 policies and procedures. There are a number of differences from last season:

  • Participant waiver is not required
  • Participant health questionair is not required (any person who feels unwell must stay home)
  • Game Attendance list is not required
  • Digital Recording/Broadcasting policy/waiver/permission is not required*

*this policy may come into effect should spectators not be permitted into games through out the season.

There are still a number of adaptations to our rules that are in place for the upcoming season in an effort to help keep our teams, players, coaches and officials safe.
