February 24th, is the last day changes and/or additions can be made to your rosters. After tomorrow rosters will become locked and changes/additions will not be permitted. Teams will also no longer be able to add players or coaches at game time. If a player or coach is not listed on the game sheet they will not be permitted to play.
Over the weekend I sent out each club’s current roster of players and coaches, please review this and send back ASAP. Coaches, It would also be a good idea review their team’s roster on the website. There may be a few differences in the time it takes to sync from the registration system to the website, but it is a good idea to double check, we do not want a kid being told they are not permitted to play this weekend!
It has been brought to my attention there are still many teams who are not handing the team attendance sheet to the scorekeeper. Up until now games went ahead as normal, beginning this weekend games will not begin until an attendance sheet has been submitted to the scorekeeper. As a reminder these are available on the COVID-19 Information page (click here) on our website, it is the coaches responsibility to print these off, fill them in and submit to the scorekeeper.
